This Refund Policy explains the circumstances under which refunds may be issued for paid Eduplin plans. Eduplin currently offers a free tier; the terms below apply when paid plans are made available on the platform.
Free Plans
The Eduplin free plan is provided at no cost. No refunds are applicable.
One-Time Plan Purchases
One-time, prepaid plans are non-renewing purchases that grant access for a fixed duration. As a digital service that begins delivering value immediately after purchase, one-time plans are generally non-refundable once payment is processed.
When You May Be Eligible for a Refund
- You were charged due to a duplicate payment or a verifiable billing error.
- The platform was inaccessible to you for an extended period due to a confirmed issue on our side, and we were unable to resolve it within a reasonable timeframe.
- You were charged for a feature or plan that was materially different from what was described at the time of purchase.
How to Request a Refund
- Send an email to eduplin.contact@gmail.com within 7 days of the charge.
- Include your registered email and the transaction ID.
- Describe the reason for the refund request in detail.
Refund Timeline
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Banks may take additional time to reflect the credit on your statement.
Non-Refundable Items
- Any consumed AI credits or generated content already delivered.
- Plans that have been partially used unless covered by an eligibility scenario above.
