This Cancellation Policy describes how cancellations work for plans and accounts on Eduplin.
One-Time Payment Plans
One-time payment plans are non-renewing, prepaid purchases. Cancellations are not applicable once payment has been processed. You will continue to have access for the entire duration specified at the time of purchase.
Subscriptions (When Enabled)
If recurring subscriptions are active on your account:
- You may cancel auto-renewal at any time before the next billing date.
- Access remains valid until the end of the current billing period.
- No prorated refunds are issued for partial use of a period.
To cancel a subscription, please visit your account settings page and use the subscription management options, or write to us at eduplin.contact@gmail.com.
Free Trials
If we offer a free trial, you may cancel before the trial ends to avoid any charge. Trials convert to a paid plan automatically only if you have provided a payment method and have not cancelled beforehand.
Account Cancellation
You may request permanent deletion of your Eduplin account at any time. Deleting your account will remove your stored lesson plans, personal information, and any remaining access rights. To request account deletion, please email us at eduplin.contact@gmail.com from your registered email address.
Effect of Cancellation
- Your lesson plans will no longer be accessible after the account is deleted; we recommend exporting any plans you wish to keep before requesting deletion.
- Cancellations do not entitle you to a refund except as described in our Refund Policy.
